Forget Pi Day, we like Cake Day

My girl and I had a baking day, and she asked if we could pretend we owned our own french sweet bake shop. I had to take some pictures to freeze her little girl perfection in time. She's growing so fast!

These folks are some of my favorite people in the world. They also happen to have some of the cutest kids known to mankind. Look at those curls people!!

I love this one. It really captures his personality!

This last one is a bit off focus, but I love the feeling of it. Family photoshoots of friends are the best. :)

Hale Family

This family was a blast to photograph. The kids are all so personable and sweet, and it was really fun to capture photos of the youngest (pictured above and below) for his official 8 year old baptism photos.

I have posted in forever, but just had to upload these photos. Redheads with their porcelain complexions, are they not the luckiest?? I've said it before, I love taking pictures of high schoolers. :)

First Mini Session of the year! (mini sessions now closed)

This photoshoot was a blast mostly because the subjects happen to be some of our closest friends. It also helps that my friend Katie has great fashion sense and the whole family is photogenic. :)

for a limited time I am offering mini-sessions which cost $50 and offer 10-15 photos, including at least one individual photo of each family member. Length of these sessions is approximately 40 minutes and like all photo shoots, a cd will be provided with the photos on them. This is the perfect package for families just looking for a few great photos for Christmas cards. The usual cost for a family session is $85.

Back Jack!

 I'm sure there are few people reading this after all of this time, but I am back! We had a couple of moves and big life changes in between now and the last time I posted, but I'm ready to finally dust off my camera and see if there is any interest in small fall photoshoots in time for Christmas card picture time.

 I'll be offering mini-sessions for a few Saturdays in October. Mini-sessions for me usually take about 40 minutes, include several poses, and a close up of each family member. I then give a disc of 10-15 images to the family so that they can develop the photos themselves or add them to Christmas cards. Since these are smaller shoots, the cost is smaller too, I charge $50 which is half my normal rate.
